G’Day! We’re Kate and Mitch, your fellow travel enthusiasts based in Brisbane, Australia. As parents of Austin (our adult kid) and teens Pearl and Sonny, we know a thing or two about planning amazing adventures. 

Our own passion for travel probably sparked when we were kids ourselves, having both travelled with our families and individually before Austin was born.

With over a decade of experience navigating the travel and aviation industries, there's nothing we enjoy more than helping others turn their travel dreams into reality.

As young parents, our family travel journey kicked off when Austin was just two. Armed with some cheap suitcases and a rather optimistic stroller, we embarked on a round-the-world adventure. We started in Thailand, settled in Dublin for a little while and explored Europe, then came home via the States completely dirt poor, but with perpetually enriching memories.

It’s cliche, but once you get a taste of how much there is to explore, and how relatively little time there is, it instils a sense that there mustn’t be too long between the end of one adventure and the start of the next.

We haven’t stopped having family adventures since. We’ve experienced it all, from cozy budget hotels and local buses, to luxurious five-star resorts and the comfort of business class. We’ve travelled with all of us, some of us, and more of us. We’ve planned around specific events and also savoured the freedom of spontaneous exploration. We’ve navigated the buzz of peak season and enjoyed slowing down in low season. 

Our passion for travel doesn’t just stem from a desire to explore new places; it’s also about the amazing things we discover about each other and ourselves through shared experiences.
